AD Premier TB Simatupang

Designed by the renowned architect Andra Matin, AD Premier is a landmark of modern architecture that seamlessly blends sustainability with natural materials. The building incorporates eco-conscious features such as rainwater recycling, natural ventilation, and energy-efficient façade systems, creating a comfortable yet environmentally responsible workspace. Our work on this project highlights the use of two exceptional hardwoods—solid Teakwood (Jati) for the interior and durable Ulin (Ironwood) for the exterior, both carefully selected to enhance the building’s warmth and character.

In the main lobby, we installed aged Teakwood wall paneling, celebrating the wood’s natural imperfections—subtle cracks, knots, and organic textures. This raw yet refined aesthetic perfectly aligns with Andra Matin’s design philosophy, creating a welcoming space that exudes warmth and authenticity. Meanwhile, the exterior features Ulin Ironwood paneling, a tropical hardwood known for its exceptional durability and weather resistance. Over time, the Ulin will develop a rich patina, further enhancing the building’s organic connection to nature.

More than just an office tower, AD Premier is a statement of material honesty and craftsmanship. By integrating natural wood elements both inside and out, the building achieves a harmonious balance between modernity and tradition. Our Teakwood and Ulin installations not only elevate the architectural experience but also underscore the enduring beauty and functionality of Indonesia’s finest hardwoods.
