AD Premiere TB Simatupang

Designed by Andra Matin and his team, this Office Tower Building highlights the theme of green, natural and eco friendly. The works we completed was mainly in the main lobby, where the whole lobby wall paneling was covered with solid Teakwood (Jati).

Dempo Batik House

This was a house that focused on modern design concept paired with social ethics. The concept from the architect was modern partitioning of rooms, but complemented with traditional shapes and aesthetics. This can be found on the various traditional batik patterns on the walls and the old-school timber lists as well.

Patal Senayan Residence

Located in the prime area of Senayan, this residence uses a wide variety of timber products in its finishing materials. The main stairway towards the entrance uses a various Ironwood (Ulin). The pillars and several wall partitions uses Ironwood (Ulin)as well. And finally, the inside rooms uses solid Teakwood (Jati) floorings.

Permata Buana Residence

The elements highlighted on this project is that of a garden which is urban and modern – filled with green vegetation and complemented with natural wood finishes as well as modern aluminium materials.

S Parman Garden House

This modern house combines elements from a variety of contrasting elements – but which combined into beautiful effects. From the facade which features cold aluminium beams, paired with the natural finishing of wood in the interior design as well as decorative beams.
